Your plan is good. Here is where it costs you 16 weeks.
A read-through of your business plan and curriculum, what we changed, and what to do this week.
Sebastian, thanks for sending the curriculum and business plan. You did real work on both. The curriculum is a serious 26-week roadmap. The business plan is unusually grounded for a pre-revenue founder. Most people at your stage send me half-page Google Docs.
One observation, then the package. Your plan says first paid engagement at Week 20 to 26. That is wrong, and the wrongness costs you about 16 weeks of cashflow you do not need to leave on the table. The reason is in your own offer table.
You have positioned AI/LLM Security Review as the third tier in your offer stack, behind generic web app pen-tests and SMB audits, both of which need you to complete 16 to 20 weeks of curriculum before you can credibly sell them. Meanwhile the one offer you can deliver TODAY, the OWASP LLM Top 10 review, is sitting at position 3 waiting to launch in Week 16 to 20 along with everything else.
Move it to position 1. Launch it Week 1. Run the curriculum in parallel with paid work, not before it.
What changes vs your original plan
What is in this package
The orb is a navigation hub. Each tile is a doc. Read in this order:
Inner ring (what you are selling)
Outer ring (how we get there)
If you only do five things this week
- Read this brief + Strategy + AI/LLM Wedge. About 25 minutes total. The other docs are reference.
- Decide your domain (tagwercher.io or .com) and stop sending docs with mixed branding.
- Bind cyber liability insurance. Hiscox UK/EU or Embroker US. Quote takes 20 minutes online, policy bound same week. See Insurance + Legal page.
- Render Sample Report to PDF and host it at tagwercher.io/sample-report.pdf. This becomes your wow asset for every cold email and LinkedIn DM.
- Send 10 free-finding emails by end of week. See Sales System for the recon script + email template. Target: AI-feature SaaS founders on Product Hunt new launches.
What this is not
This is not a contract or a paid engagement. Donal built this as a co-working-community goodwill thing. No obligation to act on any of it. No follow-up sales push. If anything is useful, take it. If something is wrong for your situation, ignore it.
If you want to talk about any of it over coffee at the co-working, just say.
