If this is useful, here is how OO can keep showing up.
Low-stakes, no contract, no expectation. Co-working friends helping each other. Nothing here costs you anything.
Sebastian, the four lanes below are all the ways OO can usefully be in your corner. Pick none, pick one, pick all four. They are sized so none of them is heavy on either side.
Ad hoc advice
Email or coffee, no charge. If something in this package is unclear, if a prospect reply has you stuck, if you want a second pair of eyes on an SOW before you send it, or if you just want to think out loud about pricing or positioning, that is what this lane is for.
I am around the co-working most weekdays. Coffee chats are a 20-minute walk over and back, and the inbox is checked most mornings before anything else. The bar for "is this worth bothering Donal about" should be very low. The bar for "do I want a paid consult on this" is a different bar and we both know what that looks like.
Intros
OO works with a small handful of SaaS founders who fit Persona A and Persona B from your market doc. If, after you have shipped your first 2-3 sanitised case studies and the sample report PDF is live, you want me to make warm intros to anyone in the OO network who might be a fit, I am happy to.
The rule on intros is the standard one. They go both ways. I introduce someone to you only when there is a real reason both parties would benefit. No spray, no obligation on either side, no commission. If a real engagement comes out of it, that is between you and the client.
Tooling + assets
This orb is yours. The pages, the source markdown, the HTML, the framing. If you want any of it adapted as you ship engagements (case studies added, sample report regenerated with sanitised real findings, offer pages updated for new pricing tiers), OO can refresh.
Most of this is the kind of thing that takes a couple of hours and lands the same week. If it ever grows into something that looks like a real piece of work (a full website, a new sales asset, a campaign), we can talk about whether it sits inside ad hoc or somewhere else.
Future co-marketing
If you get to $5k+ MRR and want OO to push your services to OO's existing SaaS clients (or the broader OO audience), there is a clean referral or revenue-share arrangement to discuss then. Not now.
The reason this is parked is that pre-revenue, neither side has the data to size what a sensible split looks like. After you have shipped 6-10 engagements and you know your close rate, your delivery cost, and your refund rate, the numbers write themselves. We can have that conversation in 30 minutes when you are ready, and walk away from it if it does not make sense for either of us.
Donal is not building your offers, doing your sales, or selling your services. Your business is yours. None of the lanes above turn me into staff. The point is that having a friendly second brain in the same co-working is a useful resource at the start of any solo practice, and that is what I can usefully be.

At the co-working most weekdays. The bar for messaging or saying hi in person is low.
That is the whole offer. Use any of it, none of it, all of it. The package and the orb are yours either way.
If you want to talk about anything in the package over coffee this week, just say.
